Fundraising for Chemotherapy Suite in Leicester

On Sunday 23rd June 2024, Lodge Semper Eadem No.3091 in Leicester held their Charity Summer Luncheon at Beedles Lake Golf Club to raise funds for the refurbishment of the Chemotherapy Suite at Leicester Royal Infirmary.

Donations were received with monies raised from a raffle on the day, as well as support from the Leicestershire & Rutland Freemasons Charity (LRFC), a total of £3763.65p had been raised for their project at the time of writing. The Master of Semper Eadem Lodge, Dave Hall, and his wife Michelle said, “There were 112 in attendance, and it was a super meal and a brilliant day".

In attendance to support the fundraising was the Matron and Head nurse from the Chemotherapy Ward at Leicester Royal Infirmary.
